Losing weight is probably the most Googled health problem today.

The reality is when you peel back the layers of each new “miracle cure”, the answers are always the same:

  • eat well
  • eat less
  • exercise more.

So why aren’t you losing weight if you know this?

This can include long term adrenal stress, increasing cortisol in the body, which in turn imbalances your sex hormones and create weight gain, especially around the stomach. Often, this can be due to emotional stress, or a simple chemical imbalance which we pinpoint and then restore you back to health naturally.

Other causes include subclinical hypothyroidism, food intolerances, hormonal imbalances, blood sugar imbalances, emotional eating, and deficiency in nutrients creating cravings. Cause removed and bingo! The diet and exercise starts to work, and you start to lose the weight!
